Prepare the Package

Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging and include the provided packing slip.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package off at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
